So we are at our new home in sacramento. wow.it is MORE awesome than expected. before moving i felt pretty guilty for spending extra money on a place when we could use it for something else.but now that we are here.well.i don't feel so guilty anymore. Tomorrow a new point of view. Monday, June 27, 2005. Changes are good.i guess. I think i am crazy mostly.but everyone else thinks it's stress. My family here cares about me.and are helping me cope with this feeling of complete helplessness. i now share in new opportunities this summer. different than planned. i now have the privilege of running power point, while nikki is miss. rustler and the amazing stacey hoffman refs. I never thought this is how my last summer here (quite likely) would turn out.

Tomorrow a new point of view. Friday, April 29, 2005. Peanut butter-nut waffles.and a new title for me. The waffle maker does most of the work. i don't think i have fully grasped the gift yet.i have made them 2 times now.and i still can't eat them myself.but at least jasen likes them. In real life.i guess this is all that matters. Or maybe i need to get a real life.oh well. But to me.it feels like a saturday afternoon at winter camp. boo. And i received a promotion as well! (hope she doesn't mind me labeling her that.) this independent theatre was fabulous! There was so much character and interesting architecture. i can't wait to go back and bring jasen. Tomorrow a new point of view. Night on the town. Craigs list: it rocks. New life. new sleep. It will all work out in the end. So i love being a teacher. well most of the time. i LOVE having a 2.5 month sabbatical every summer. you know what i don't love so much? Going back to work. i guess life was a little abnormally busy this summer with moving across the country and all.but still. I DO have to say. so far my school and all its staff are fabulous. i am excited to get in the swing of things.
