Festival of 1000 Bikes - Mallory Park. A couple of weekends ago I went to Mallory Park as it was the Festival of 1000 Bikes show. The range of bikes was enormous and past masters were tearing around the circuit showing how it's done. Coilovers, at last. I joined in on a Driftworks group buy for HSD coilovers. Saved £200 on the list price, result. Got them through last friday. Went round to a friends to fit them, who has a load of tools and a flat drive. This how the car sat after fitting them. The rear was wayy too low for my exhaust and the front too high. Purchased myself a delightfull HD camcorder recently. Thought itd be cool to capture some of the things I do with the car. Was looking at the GoPro's and 20twenty HD camcorders. These are primarily helmet/motorsport camcorders but I wanted to be able to film other stuff too like other events I go to. School run with mom. At the end of the trip, my eldest said he wished he could have spent more time with his “. 8220; I was tempted to tell him not all strangers can/may be trusted and that he shouldn’t be so willing to help others. But I was so proud of how accommodating and friendly they both were that I decided not to. I figured there will be more opportunities for me to explain this to him next time. Love that there’s a small space for the kids in the corner. Which for me was absolutely perfect.
