About Dr. Haskins. My interest in natural health care began while I was in college. First at UCLA and then at UC Santa Cruz, I studied psychology, nutrition, and indigenous and alternative healing arts. I ultimately wrote my own major called Health Studies, which included a thesis on Holistic Health. In 2003 I moved to the beautiful redwood coast of northern California and soon opened my practice here.
