We Need To Use Our Resources. It is interesting how we just let things maintain status quo yet we have the ability to change them for the better. As it is, with some basic timing (which I must admit was not that accurate), I noticed that the cars from the city centre heading to Nakawa and vice versa are let go for 60 seconds.
