Dr Kieran Long Dr. Anne Long. Castlebar, Co. Mayo. The surgery is closed for a half-day on Wednesday. A GP is on-call at night and at weekends. This on-call duty is shared between all the G.P.’s working in Castlebar. Our answering machine always has details of who is on-call. Our practice nurse works on Monday, Tuesday all day, Wednesday and Thursday mornings by appointment only.
