Sticking by my nuts. Ladies and gentlemen, i have a brand new craving. Pine Nuts (toasted, of course). I just purchased a 700g bag (Costco rules! And i'm determined to find a use for them lol. oh and 'cos they're tasty. Pan-Seared Penne and Greens with Feta and Pine Nuts. 1 pound penne pasta. 2 to 3 tablespoons olive oil.
