Monday, March 22, 2010. Succeed at Staying Fit! I've heard over and over from busy working moms how important it is to stay fit. Taking the time to take care of yourself - putting your oxygen mask on first- is critical to bringing your best to the conference table and the dinner table. I was lucky to have the chance to combine some fitness over the weekend- a long run- with a little mom/son time. Ran with my son on a beautiful spring day.multitasking is a good thing.
