Een blog over experimenten in het maken van drop, het zwarte Nederlandse snoep. Donderdag 21 juni 2012. 3 1/3 tl allesbinder. 2 2/3 tl arabische gom. 2 2/3 tl droppoeder. Dit waren drie kleinere experimenten, waarbij de allesbinder en arabische gom samen werden opgelost, de droppoeder en salmiak samen en de dextrose en kristalsuiker samen, en de gelatine later werd toegevoegd. 8 tl arabische gom. Daarna alles bij elkaar in een pannetje laten indampen. Waarschijnlijk heb ik de suiker een beetje laten ...
