I asked Roberts to please consider hearing one of these cases before the Court on the Obama Eligibility Controversy. S. 649, 18 S.Ct. 456, 42 L.Ed. 890 (1898). Obama, while having his mother's U.S. citizenship generation, is missing that of his father's, for his father was a British subject/citizen at the time of his birth.
