Our Super Kid and God's Precious Child. Monthly Archives: April 2015. April 4, 2015. Last month, we were able to hear from some of the research team from Beyond Battens which is a research group based out of Austin, TX. They are dedicated to working specifically with the juvenile version of Battens. This is just one method of the 10 being researched. While there is not a cure right now, it is more than optimistic hope that we might find a cure or some sort of treatment in the next few years.
