I read everywhere about scoopnecks and V-necks being the way to go to minimize a large bust, but it's begun to severely limit my fashion choices. Saturday, October 08, 2016. Withered Hand - New Gods. Withered Hand are a band who should be much more successful than they are. They (or rather main man Dan) write great pop songs with great hooks and instrumentation in the style of Teenage Fanclub. I've seen the band play once and Dan play his solo stuff once.
