Memang sangat berbeza dengan posting yang sebelum ni, iaitu medicine posting. Kalau dulu kitorang akan ada kelas dengan doktor hampir setiap hari (tak termasuk hujung minggu ye! Tapi sekarang, kelas kadang-kadang terpaksa dibatalkan sebab doktor kitorang yang jugak merupakan seorang pakar bedah kena attend to surgeries.
