Came over this weekend and lots of fun was had. We did some drinkage (not enough to produce hangovers though, thank goodness) laughed, talked and called. She got real snippy then and informed me that there was no law saying the owners had to move the dead horse. Which brings me to WTF but whatever. I asked her so the thing can just rot there? She said if the Department of Health can't do anything I don't know where to point you. I said okay.thanks and hung up. She didn't apologize for her incompetance. I have got to clean house tomorrow.
