Multi-cultural cooking in my daily American life. Monday, May 27, 2013. Cooking in small space I- Simple Asian style panfried red snapper in ginger, green onion shoyu sauce. We spent our first week checking out different areas and neighborhoods. We ate out or had take out all week. Mr Wonderful flew back to Minneapolis yesterday, so that he can get the house ready to sell. Meanwhile. I started working and I am enjoying the company, lots to learn. Multi-cultural cooking in my daily American life. Tuesday, October 23, 2012. Simple Cake Mix Pumpkin Bar. This is not a traditional pumpkin bar. There is a soft cookie like layer on the bottom, the filling resemble pumpkin pie with a strudel topping. I use this recipe in the summer too. I can easily replace the pumpkin butter with mango butter. Fold in 1/4 cup of shredded coconut with the topping. You now have a tropical mango bar! Have fun and experiment! A box of yellow cake mix. 1 jar Pumpkin butter.
