Tuesday, February 28, 2012. How has four months flown by? We had Thanksgiving and Christmas and New Year's and didn't blog about a single one! So, here are some pics from the past events and a little update on family life. Lia is potty trained! She's my little rock star! Laina is loving school and is reading in front of her class! Tuesday, April 19, 2011. Laina turned four yesterday and Lia turns one on Thursday. How did this happen? So, we had a little party for them both last Saturday and Laina got to invite a few friends over. I made sparkly flower cupcakes and the girls played "pin the butterfly on the flower". It was much fun and I think both girls had a good time. Well, until Lia tried to extinguish the candle on her cupcake with her hand. Ouch. Here are some pics from the day. Laina photographed this one all by herself!

Saturday, October 22, 2011. Its starting to get a little cooler here now, the leaves are changing, and the girls are finding new ways to have fun. These photos are from the other day, when Laina was begging for me to make her a leaf pile (even though most of the leaves haven't fallen yet).
