Helping Children Succeed in the Face of Adversity. A Taste of Chile. The Domingo Savio Institute held its first fundraiser on behalf of the kids in the Mi Club Program in Santiago, Chile. A TASTE OF CHILE. Thursday August 27, 2015 6:30 – 9:30 pm. The evening featured delicious authentic Chilean food with a dinner at the Cafe Valparaiso. In Albany, CA. Guests also participated in a tasting of exceptional Chilean wine featuring selections from the Pura 8 vineyard. Mi Club Domingo Savio.

Helping Children Succeed in the Face of Adversity. Currently, the primary focus of the Domingo Savio Institute is Mi Club – Domingo Savio. An after-school program in the poverty laden neighborhood of La Granja, Santiago. Mi Club (My Club). Which was founded by Olga Diaz, is dedicated to empowering at-risk youths in order to help them develop the skills and confidence they need to overcome the obstacles in their lives. There are multiple opportunities to help the children that range from sponsoring a Domingo Savio Mi Club workshop to providing lunches for a month, supporting an individual child or making a single one-time donation. To help an individual child, click Sponsor a Child. To learn about the many wonderful children waiting for your assistance! 100% of your donation goes directly to the children of Mi Club! 1,000 provides meals for 50 children for a month.

Helping Children Succeed in the Face of Adversity. You can help the children of Mi Club. By sponsoring one or more children. For a small monthly donation of $30 you can ensure one of these children can continue in the program. You can sponsor a child for a year with monthly, quarterly, or annual donations.
