After watching Tamima’s presentation on the week when she completely abstained from any internet activity, I started thinking about how addicted we really are to our virtual networks. The first thing I do when i wake up is check Facebook, and I check my email every half hour or so. What if someone sent me something important? What if someone sent me a message on Facebook?
