Das Schulwesen in Uruguay ist m.E. besser als in Deutschland. Die Kinder lernen noch was, die Lehrer kümmern sich um ihre Sprößlinge, Diebstähle und Drogen an Schulen halten sich in Grenzen, auch wenn die Uruguayer selbst dies anders wahrnehmen. Sie stellen keine Vergleiche mit den Verhältnissen in anderen Ländern an bzw. kennen diese gar nicht.).
