Limburgse Radiozendamateurs in de digitale ether. In 2013 is Yaesu gekomen met een systeem dat FUSION heet. De modulatietechniek is C4FM. De bandbreedte is 12,5 Kc (Narrow FM) en de baudrate 9k6 (4800 baud data met twee bits per symbool). Fusion maakt gebruik van zelfde AMBE-chip die ook DMR gebruikt. Net als bij DStar kan er ook data verzonden worden (de ervaring leert dat bij Star van deze mogelijkheid niet of nauwelijks gebruik wordt gemaakt door zendamateurs).
