We tried a new art project for Twinkle Twinkle Little Star . We placed a white star in a box and placed yellow paint and marbles on top. The children moved the box back and forth and made beautiful designs. It was so exciting to see the final project. All About Me and Manners. It’s hard to believe we are already into the month of September. Our color of the month is Red, the Shape is the Circle and our Number is 1. Since August was a short month we will continue with our same Color, Number and Shape. The kids are starting to be a little independent by putting their back packs in their cubby in the mornings. During Science Ms. Amanda taught the kids how we use a Kleenex when we sneeze, she went to each child and she had them practice using a Kleenex.

This week we wrapped up our time in the pond. Our turtles are moving up and will have so much fun in the jungle next year with Ms. Melissa! I have had a first hand experience with Ms. Melissa and Ms. Amy this year. My son has had so much fun with them and they are truly a dynamic duo and great educators!
