Balancing family, work and fun. 1 1/2 cups sugar. 1 cup butter, melted. 2 tablespoons pure vanilla. 3 1/2 cups flour. 4 teaspoons baking powder. Preheat pizelle iron. Spray with non-stick spray or prepare as iron manufacturer recommends. Mix eggs and sugar until fluffy. When butter has cooled a little and is not too hot, then add to egg mixture. Combine baking powder and flour. Mix. Gradually add flour mixture to egg mixture. Mix Dough will be sticky. Remove from iron. Allow to cool. Into a bowl sift:.
