Quacking is my job. Atami Onsen Part 2. One Step Two Step. Atami Onsen Part 2. Written by Ducky Duckerson. After the bath, I wandered down the retro style street in the main building of the hotel. It has a Showa era "good old times" feeling. Retro posters and street vendor style restaurants. We could just look as it was before dinner time. This is the night view from the lobby of the main building. The Atami night view is as popular as it's sister city San Remo Italy. Mother and daughter, Team Hyena!

Quacking is my job. One Step Two Step. Written by Ducky Duckerson. Making fresh cheese, easily at home! Ricotta cheese, Cottage cheese and Feta cheese are made using a similar process, the main difference being that Ricotta is made with sheep's milk while, Cottage cheese is made with cow's milk and Feta is made with goat's milk. This recipe is for Cottage cheese using cow's milk. The addition of cream creates a rich flavor. 500ml of milk will make 200g of cheese. 500ml full fat milk. Atami Onsen Part 2.
