The Monkey: Where in the world is the Monkey?
http://duckysmonkey.blogspot.com/2007/01/who-is-monkey.html
Where in the world is the Monkey? At 8 months old: Here he is on our trip to the Outer Banks in North Carolina. He had a blast playing in the sand. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The Monkey: I'm ready for my closeup
http://duckysmonkey.blogspot.com/2006/04/im-ready-for-my-closeup.html
I'm ready for my closeup. At 3 months old: Our first photo shoot had to be cut short on account of excessive drooling. This was about two hours after our first (very bad) visit to Sears. The Monkey: Drool Machine
http://duckysmonkey.blogspot.com/2007/01/drool-machine.html
At 6 months old: I had resorted to taking his portraits at home, because the baby would not smile for photographer at the local Sears. I couldn't bear the thought of not having pictures of this smile! I used Photoshop to get rid of the drool marks on his shirt. Take that, Sears Portrait Studio! So where are the birthday pics? Happy Birthday, Owen! January 28, 2007 at 8:43 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.

The Monkey: Cheese, Gromit!
http://duckysmonkey.blogspot.com/2007/02/cheese-gromit.html
At one month old: I really don't remember him sleeping very much, maybe because we took his picture every time he fell asleep. He's sleeping on the duckie blanket handmade for him by the very talented Margie, the background is our wedding quilt made by the very talented Dianne. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). The Monkey: Christmas
http://duckysmonkey.blogspot.com/2007/01/christmas.html
At 10 months old: Here's Owen at Christmas time (actually about 3 weeks before). He loves his Mickey mouse, and kept grabbing him and running away between pictures. He's been walking for about a month now, and is quite fast. His favorite word is "Achoo! He had a giggle fit when I started fake sneezing one day, and now he wanders around the house sneezing all day. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). View my complete profile.

Ducky Knits: Time To Ply
http://duckyknitson.blogspot.com/2013/05/time-to-ply.html
Knitting to avoid laundry, dishes, and housework in general. Friday, May 24, 2013. The weather was nice, so I spun outside for awhile. That is the Green Blue Violet in the works. The bobbin with the Arctic Ice is on a bobbin in front, see? While I was still spinning singles, I somehow lost the end of my single in the bobbin. After hours of trying to find it, I gave up, broke a strand that was (I think) near the lost end, and kept spinning. I never found it. Even while plying. Weird. June Pryce Fiber Arts.

Ducky Knits: May 2012
http://duckyknitson.blogspot.com/2012_05_01_archive.html
Knitting to avoid laundry, dishes, and housework in general. Wednesday, May 30, 2012. Used to be, I could take it or leave it (unless I was pregnant, then I couldn't get enough of spinning). Right now the wheel has been consistently calling me. It's all Maggie Casey's fault. I used to just spin, but now I have IDEAS on how to break up a hank of fiber to make the end yarn look differently. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom).
