Thursday, January 5, 2012. Ski Day at Muju. As it is winter here, the next few post will represent some of the fun activities that we participate in during these months. One day over Christmas vacation we went to Muju a ski resort about 1 hour from Daejeon. Friday, October 30, 2009. Last week I blew off an afternoon of work and Mekhi and I went for a trundle on the Buggy to go out and chase some polar bears, just the two of us! With a 25 minute car ride to the Buggy and a 90 minute Buggy ride to get out to the prime bear viewing area, just before we started seeing bears Mekhi said, "Dad, lets go home." Monday, June 08, 2009. For those of you who didn't already know, I was the director's first choice for the role of Marty Mcfly in Back to the Future. Unfortunately, after a couple weeks of filming it became apparent that I was way more physically imposing than the actor playing Biff Tannen. Tuesday, December 22, 2009. To the 20 people visiting our blog everyday (seems high to me, but that's according to Google Analytics), we apologize for not updating in a while. Friday, December 30, 2011. Jeju with the Girls. Our girls were 24 miles away from elite status. Yup, that close. I'm wondering if we couldn't just drive around the runway a few times but appears they actually want you to fly. So we decided to kill 2 birds with one stone by having a little daddy/daughter trip to Jeju. The girls were super excited and we had a great time. We got to see a large dual rotor helicopter land at the airport right before we took off. I'm guessing it was a Chinook. 3 of a kind.
