Don't Offer me Chocolate. Thursday, 31 March 2011. Preheat oven to 350. Make assembly line;. Sliced raw chicken breast. D, Egg whites, 1/2 cup. Plate of miscellaneous spices, oat-bran and parmesan cheese. Lay out two slightly spray oiled cookie sheets. I use cayenne, mixed italian, onion salt, pepper, garlic salt for my spices. Now Bake 15 minutes, turn, and then bake 15 more minutes. Note: The ones on the left, are breaded w/ Panko - and the ones on the right are not breaded at all! 1 April 2011 at 11:53.

Don't Offer me Chocolate. Saturday, 9 April 2011. Dukan Low Carb Pizza. Dukan Low Carb Pizza. Whole cauliflower, or small bag of frozen. 1 egg, or 1/4 cup egg creations. Random spices (italian spices). Low carb, sugar free tomato sauce (homemade would be good). Vegetables (pepper, onion, mushrooms). 3/4 cup No Fat Cottage Cheese. Boil or steam your Cauliflower. Then 'rice' in food processor or blender. Make sure you've tried to get as much water out of it as possible. Bake for 20 minutes at 425 degrees.

Because the Dukan bread and muffins are Dukan, I some how convinced myself that it was ok to eat them morning noon and night in excess as "well they are DUKAN". NO, we are allowed 2 Tbls of oat bran a day, not 20 Tbls in the form of muffins or bread. I feel so much healthier by eating right and the mental freedom is great too.

An insight into the world of the Dukan diet, tried and tested by myself! Posted 6 years ago. I find that setting up an Excel spreadsheet document to record the progress in weight loss has been very motivational, as seeing the line going down on the chart inspires me to carry on! Recommend this DVD enough! It’s hard work, but only involves less than 30 minutes per day. Of exercise, and the results show! I lost 9lbs previously by solely doing the DVD, no healthy eating or anything! A typical Dukan menu.
