Bella and the Dukan Diet. Still here… just taking a short Christmas vacation back home in Iceland. Have been eating like a pig for over a week but so fat the scale has been gentle and it looks like I have only gained 1kg so far which is a miracle! Going back to the Netherlands on January 4th and when there, I am going to do a week of attack and then cruise until I will reach my goal! Looking forward to see you all here in 2011, enjoy your holidays! 79,1 kg it said (-17,3 kg in total). Daily loss: 0,5kg.
