I am new to this community. It seems pretty inactive but I hope that changes. I really like the idea of this place, and am actually surprised that it is inactive at all. I know one of the reasons I was drawn to Buddhism was because of my own suffering with depression and mental illness. It guides me and helps me find peace within my existence.
