For someone who makes good use of time, every moment is good for meditation. March 6, 2014. While doing WLRH, suddenly tears started rolling down. It stop for awhile then started tearing again unable to control or stop. End the session, took a few deep breathe and did WLRH again. No more tearing. Been doing homework at ard the same time for past few days. Unable to concentrate. Was quite irritated by all the quarreling n door slamming. March 4, 2014. Went into sleep mode a few times again during WLRH.
