I've finished the kite runner, so now i can start a review of that (i'll also need to find the movie and watch it). The oats report: where I mumble and grumble. Friday, July 31, 2009. Book Update - 7/31/09. Been some weeks.here's where we're at. Finished a couple of books in this time. exactly 2. lord of the flies and the kite runner. Working on uncle tom's cabin. Still have drafts of the first 4 reviews to write. hehe. Uncle tom is proving to be a challenge. i'm really enjoying the book, but it's hard to read the drawl written out. i need to sound it out for it to make sense. still, i'll plow through.

We docked early in the morning and ventured into town where we caught a taxi that took us to Playa Mia, a water park just outside of Cozumel. Today is autism awareness day (4/2) and i make mention because of the little one having been given an autism diagnosis - not that we necessarily believe it anymore (more to come). One Happy Little Family: Jess, Christel, Elijah and Cooper. Tuesday, June 19, 2012. I did it again. I have been so wrapped up with what seems like everything under the sun, the blog has taken a turn for the worst. We are all doing well, but I have to admit setting time aside for any sort of reflection has really taken a back burner. In a quick nutshell, here's what has been going on since our last.
