There is something about mentally adding a day that just messes up the whole week. So I took some time off of work this week and now the long weekend is here. Old, Comfy Shoes. Thursday, December 30, 2004. So I am getting braces again. Yes, I am older than 13. And no, apparently 6 years of braces weren't enough. I want more. 6 years of not wearing your retainer however, is enough to negate the previous 6 years in orthodontics. Yes. I had braces or other such orthodontic torture devices in my mouth for 6 years. From age 10 to age 16. I have stubborn teeth. I will only have braces for 6 months and this time I promise that I will wear my retainer EVERY night!
