The best page hit count to date. Just over 27,000 page hits in just one day occurred yesterday! Wow I am somewhat stunned! CTMX thrills n spills. So the wife has kindly offered to take over its usage! So what did I learn today? Slow shutter panning with a 600mm on a tripod is not easy even with a gimbal head on… moving the focus spot left or right certainly helps a lot with composition rather than relying on centre focus spot and then cropping later… the 5diii really needs faster than 400x memory cards as the burst slows right down after 5/6 consecutive shots in raw with said 400x speed card! Monthly Archives: November 2013. What an incredible day! There were a lotta happy people there having fun. The weather behaved! Thanx to Tony and his incredibly hardworking band volunteers, the day went off great guns. 910 shots went up on the website, all of which are available for sale (shameless plug but hey its my blog! This is how the morning started out at 7am. When is the next challenge day Tony? The best page hit count to date. A good lens for sports? Got incredibly lucky recently.
