Manchmal habe ich Disziplin als nützliches Werkzeug angesehen um Ziele zu erreichen, manchmal als einen Weg um mich von mir selbst zu entfernen. Wie nützlich Disziplin als Werkzeug ist, zeigt die Dunedin-Studie. Was ich bei manchen sehr disziplinierten Menschen beobachte passt aber nicht dazu.
