Walk By Faith: Wheels...
http://haitiadoption.blogspot.com/2011/04/wheels.html
Thursday, April 21, 2011. Today, with very little help from Mommy, Asa learned how to ride a bike. I've never seen a child master a two-wheeler so quickly! He was so proud of himself and wants to spend all his time outside practicing his newly acquired skill! 1 of your thoughts:. April 21, 2011 at 10:54 AM. Subscribe to: Post Comments (Atom). Thursday, June 28, 2007. This is our little guy, Asa. We received this single picture and some information on him over a week ago. We couldn't wait to see more. Look at that adorable profile. He is 18 months old. in fact, his birthday is a week before Camden's (they're two years apart). Another December birthday - yikes! We have a lot in December and January. And here's another picture we received today. Don't you want to squeeze those cheeks? 10 of your thoughts. Voodoo, witchcraft, murder, kidnappings ...

Walk By Faith: More Asa Quotes Over the Years...
http://haitiadoption.blogspot.com/2015/04/more-asa-quotes-over-years.html
Thursday, April 9, 2015. More Asa Quotes Over the Years. Asa knew that Chloe (12) would be going on a mission trip to Haiti. She was goofing off one at home one day so he said, "When you go to Haiti, please don't embarrass me in front of my people.". Asa: What's for dinner? The Shepherds (our good friends) are coming for dinner! And they are bringing PIE! Asa: I can spell Peifer backwards! Jim: But can you spell "Asa" backwards? Trying to trick him and tease it was actually forward.). 0 of your thoughts:.

Sunday, March 4, 2007. The home visit last night went. We're thrilled to have that portion behind us and are excited about getting all the "work" done. It involve's sending away for four different background reports on ourselves, two sets of fingerprints each, sending off an I 600A (immigration form) with all its accompanying documentation and getting addional paperwork done for the dossier. We haven't started removing the wallpaper yet. 3 of your thoughts. Subscribe to: Posts (Atom). A Twinkle In My Eye.

Walk By Faith: October 2007

Saturday, October 27, 2007. Crèche Enfant de l’Jèsus. Madame Coindy and Orphanage Staff. The First Time I Saw My Son. At the Transition House in PAP. I was so blessed that an ER doctor and his wife (who were meeting their two gorgeous children for the first time) were also on the trip. He confirmed that Asa was very anemic and protien deficient. Asa's little ankles and feet were puffy with fluid and he was so very sleepy. I have to say that this does not speak. Tearfully Holding My Boy in the Office.

Sunday, November 25, 2007. Jwaye Nowèl * * *. It might be just a bit early to wish everyone a Merry Christmas, but I was online looking for the translation so we could use it for Christmas cards and/or decorations. Mwen - me, I. Anpil - a lot. Bonjou - good day/morning. Bonswa - good evening. Mèsi - thank you. Manje - eat, food. And Jwaye Nowèl - Merry Christmas. It's good that I'm going two weeks before Chistmas so I can use my newest phrase! 8 of your thoughts. Saturday, November 24, 2007. We received ...

Monday, April 23, 2007. Paperwork: No End In Sight. We've completed all the homestudy. Requirements down to the physicals and blood tests. All of our background checks have come back - we're not criminals. YAY. I mean, we both. That but it's a bit disconcerting to be fingerprinted for the FBI. We were waiting for a call like "Mrs. Pie. Why were your fingerprints found at a Seattle burglary scene in 1982? To Seattle and I was only seven in '82! There has been one disappointment. 0 of your thoughts. Just M...
