Nichika: musicpoopette
http://musicpoopette.livejournal.com/74728.html
I have a game theory test tomorrow morning, so naturally I'm cruising the internets for cool jrock. I happened on a relatively new band called Nichika. If you like Love Psychedelico or indie rock music, you'll probably enjoy Nichika. For those in the jrock know, the girl vocalist sounds a lot. Like Olivia Lufkin. Except that her voice isn't drowned out by the instrumentals. This is the album version. The original single is eight minutes long. This is what made them famous. From their single River's Edge.

That one quiet fluffy thing (. That one quiet fluffy thing. A bunch of stuuuuffffffff. This band is probably best known for No Rain, which was that song played about fifty-six billion times over the course of a single day in the early ninties, you know, "I just want someone to say to me, oh oh oh oh, I'll always be there when you wait (or is it wake? Um This song is DIFFERENT from that one and AWESOME. I really like this song even though I suck at spelling it It's nice. But long. Very long.

The Paper Raincoat - Safe in the Sound EP. Hey all. By way of trying to get them to one. I uploaded the following songs to yousendit. The Paper Raincoat - Sympathetic Vibrations. The Paper Raincoat - Brooklyn Blurs. The Paper Raincoat - Motion Sickness. The Paper Raincoat - Safe in the Sound. Post a new comment. Post a new comment.

Biuret: musicpoopette
http://musicpoopette.livejournal.com/74941.html
I'm convinced that this group wants. To be called Violet, but all the romanizations of 뷰렛 come out as Biuret. Which is kind of unfortunate because:. 뷰렛 is a nifty group with a happy pop rock rhythm, nifty instrumentals, and catchy vocals. Personally I think they're a hybrid of Cherry Filter and Jaurim. All songs are in .mp3 -. 192 kpbs on Yousendit. So they're good for 7 days (or 100 downloads). No Pain, No Gain. The other new group I like is called. Lucy in the sky with parasol. And finally, some PolyABC.

By request of one. And in honor of their new album which I bought today. Here, have some Death Cab for Cutie goodness. Since this is for danny, who has never heard Death Cab before, I tried to pick some of my favorites from a couple of different albums. I will admit that it was difficult not to just upload Plans. And one from The Photo Album. Marching Bands of Manhattan. I Will Follow You Into the Dark. This was the third single off Plans. I believe this was the single from Transatlanticism. About coming...

Oo, quick holiday post. My brother tipped me off to this because apparently.he watches Clorox commercials. Anyways, this is some benefit that Clorox put together with some pretty good, although unknown artists, save for Iron & Wine and maybe Andrew Rodriguez. Apparently it's supposed to benefit music education or something, but I am most decidedly against music education since I.um.have not paid for this D: And neither will you if you choose to download it! Have a good Thanksgiving! The Blue Sky Project.

chitose hajime: musicpoopette
http://musicpoopette.livejournal.com/75089.html
Chitose Hajime is really cool. Chitose Hajime is more Japanese-folk than anything else I suppose. She has a really cool voice and her music tends to be on the edgy side of mellow. But it's still mellow. Ironically I discovered her through Cherry Filter. Youjeen did a cover over Chitose's song Wadatsumi no Ki. And I really liked the cover. So I found the original and really liked the original. So I found more, and loved it more and more. Cherry Filter - Wadatsumi no Ki. Chitose Hajime - Wadatsumi no Ki.
