Dust On My Sandals. Wednesday, January 25, 2012. God provides in wonderful ways. I went for a walk around my neighbourhood here while the family I am living with was out. It was early evening and not yet dark. I donned my long skirt and head scarf and picked a direction intending just to head straight and not get lost. There were a lot of thoughts in my head, and I started to feel homesick and sorry for myself. Even though I am covered with clothing, I am still considered a loose westerner by some people.
