Dwelling in the Secret Place. Was formed in 2003 by two women to reach out to the population of at risk women(unstable housing/ homeless; poor; distressed; abused; addiction problems) who are unable to acquire basic housing. We are a non-profit (501 C 3) organization that operates under the oversight of a five-member volunteer Board of Directors. STATEMENT OF ORGANIZATIONAL ETHICS…. Day to Day home operations are under the direction of our live-in Executive Director/Co-founder who provides 24 hour/7 day-a-week supervision. Our organizational behaviors are guided by a Statement of Organizations Ethics. We are committed to providing services to women in need from all social, economic and religious affiliations (or lack of affiliations), regardless of race, ethnicity, or nationality. No woman will be turned away based on lack of ability to pay.

6 TO 18 MONTH TRANSITIONAL /SOBER LIVING PROGRAM…. Transitional living is aimed at assisting women who are ready to move beyond emergency shelter or chemical treatment facilities into a more independent living situation. A) Assistance with goal planning including personal, family, education and employment. B) Emphasis on behavior modification and anger management.
