A blog of my life and my loves. Thursday, July 16, 2015. My breathing has been much better since I started the healthy eating program. I had gotten used to that in the past week and a half. But yesterday and today have brought me back to reality. I am having a great deal of trouble breathing, esp. when walking. And my bp is all over the place. Very low, very high, normal. But in my defense, I have been stitching more lately. And I have proof. This is one of my Crazy January challenge pieces. It's from My Big Toe designs and it's called "Eat the Chocolate". I did start quite a few new projects and after looking through all my starts and WIP's discovered that I have at least 17 that I want to get finished this year.
