I purchased new batteries online and it still did not work. I took the thing. Apart and there was a wire off the controller. It has been working great ever since! Pedal Assist Technology or Crank the Throttle for full blast! Kinda off topic but I like Inline Speed Skating and purchased Skates from Richard from.
