I am starting to offer online classes and in the chit-chat at the beginning of the class Natasha, my amazing project manager, and I were talking about how to get protein in and she described this amazing recipe. Here’s the basic recipe, I don’t actually even remember where I got it from at this point – somewhere online. My changes follow:. Lemon coconut protein balls. 1/4 C vanilla protein powder. 1/2 C coconut flakes. 2 Tbl lemon juice. Lemon zest from 1 lemon.
