Dynastea

A blog about tea and all the interesting things that happen while drinking it. Wednesday, July 11, 2012. The Lie About Chai. A recycled picture from my trip to India. If you've never heard of the popular website. The Great Lunch Swap. And tipped us off to. DIY "chai tea" recipe. With a resolutely false claim of authenticity. This is something I've complained about before. The word "chai" means tea- which the Lifehacker article thankfully recognizes. This makes enough for about 2 cups of tea- obviously).

Dynastea: November 2011

http://www.dynastea.blogspot.com/2011_11_01_archive.html

A blog about tea and all the interesting things that happen while drinking it. Wednesday, November 30, 2011. Drown your sorrows in a steaming cup of peach tea! S Ginger Peach. The Republic promises "the sweet lushness of a fancy peach seasoned with the tingle of spicy ginger," but I find it more. Peachy than gingery. Though, not so much so that you forget you're drinking tea. (Goes well with a cheese danish.). Think of boxed wine only like, way, way better. (Has anyone tried this? Is it actually any good?

http://www.dynastea.blogspot.com/2012_06_01_archive.html

A blog about tea and all the interesting things that happen while drinking it. Monday, June 25, 2012. A few weeks ago I was visiting my boyfriend Matt. Who was most recently spotted here. In the San Francisco Bay area, and was treated to a tea tasting in the city! He'd had the pleasure of experiencing one before, but (gasp! I hadn't, so it automatically made the list of Stuff To Do. We do a living wealthily happily! The next tea was my choice again- a lychee green that began a lychee flavor kick that I'm...

A blog about tea and all the interesting things that happen while drinking it. Saturday, December 10, 2011. Kelsey (the unofficial star contributor to Dynastea! Interesting article a while back, but I sort of forgot about it, and I'm only returning to it now as I'm gearing every possible effort toward procrastinating studying for finals. So, hefty price tag aside, would you drink it? I mean, Camellia sinensis. Has to be fertilized somehow, right? Friday, December 9, 2011. News from the Republic (of Tea).

Wednesday, October 31, 2012. Beer Review: All Things Pumpkin. With harvest season over, there isn't necessarily a lot for winemakers big or small to do in late October. We're watching wine sit in carboys. Waiting for a little clarification or secondary fermentation before bottling. Fortunately, it also happens to be one of the finest times of the year for craft brewing: pumpkin ale season. Burdell Cellars is going to shift gears for a bit and talk beer. From eighth-grade classrooms in New York comes the incredible story of a talking pineapple, the protagonist of an utterly incomprehensible reading-comprehension question.
