At Ventersburg, turn Right at the R70 Senekal/Hennenman Road sign (after you went through the town area). At the T-junction, turn Left towards Hennenman. Follow the Hennenman Road for 7km. The Airfield and Club are located on the right hand side of the road, between the Phomolong township and the Road to Hennenman. Direction from Johannesburg (270km). Follow the Hennenman Road for 7km.

The Soaring Society of South Africa (SSSA) is the body to which all glider pilots must belong, as stipulated in law by the South African Civil Aviation Authority (CAA), to pursue the sport of gliding in South Africa. It is affiliated to the Aeroclub of South Africa which in turn represents all the sporting bodies at the CAA. Membership is by subscribing directly to the SSSA.
