My Journey to The NYC Marathon. October 8, 2015. This weekend I am running my last long run before NYC, 20 miles. It will be a milestone for me. I injured my knee three years ago during my last long run prior to my last marathon. My training went well. I followed a modified cross training schedule. I spent countless hours working with a wonderful physical therapist, had custom orthotics made, and I stretched and did strength exercise religiously . Fundraising Websites – Crowdrise.
