Building the Earth Camp. Thursday, October 16, 2008. Fishing at the Farm Weekend announced. We are very blessed to have had two lovely gentlemen volunteer their expertise to put on a fishing weekend on the farm. The first gentleman is from NIWA. National Institute of Water and Atmospheric Research) and he is going to give a "hands on" talk on Fish Farming which should be very interesting. Building the Earth Camp. Sunday, February 8, 2009. We have had special requests for the farm to be open on the weekdays for groups to come and visit. So we have decided to open it up on Fridays and not only that we will discount the berries for large groups (10 or more). We will open from 10:00-2:00. So here is how it will work. 100 off per kg. 200 off per kg. 300 off per kg. Is it o.k. to eat the berries while we pick? What else can we do for free at the farm? Swim in the river. Play games in the meadow.
