How to Survive When Fruit Isn't An Option. Posted in Dressings and Sauces. 1/4 cup of peanut butter (or the nut butter of your choice). 1 T sesame oil. 1 T rice vinegar. 1-1/2 inch piece of fresh ginger. 1/2 t red pepper flakes. 1T sweet rice wine. 1t agave (or to taste). Pulse all ingredients in a blender or processor until well chopped, then puree. I mixed mine with cut up pieces of cold/leftover rotisserie chicken and added it to a salad of lettuce, blanched green beans and sesame seeds.
