准β锻造工艺利用β锻造变形抗力小、易于成形、成品率高等优点，又克服了β锻造组织粗大，变形不均匀的特点，是一种新型巴氏合金加工工艺。 Beta;相区变形量小于30%时，巴氏合金组织中原始β晶粒粗大，针状α相由晶界向晶内并列生长，条状α相平直且保留较多的连续晶界α相，三角晶界仍有出现。 巴氏合金晶内条状α相混乱程度增加，这是因为准β锻造的过程中部分的变形是在两相区进行的，在两相区的变形，不仅能破碎变形过程中由于温降而优先折出的晶界α相，而且随着两相区变形程度增加，巴氏合金晶粒破碎程度增加，结晶核心增多，混乱度增大。 从表中可以发现，原始巴氏合金棒材对应的室温拉伸性能表现出较高的强度和塑性，这与原始巴氏合金棒材的双态组织是相对应的，这是因为一定量的次生片状α相和较小尺寸的球状α相对巴氏合金基体有强化作用，同时初生等轴α相的存在，使得巴氏合金组织有较好的变形协调性，表现为强度高，塑性好。 结果表明 巴氏合金的组织和力学性能与准β锻中变形量的大小及其在β单相区和两相区的分配关系紧密。

熔炼温度达到200 摄氏度以上时, 油污即开始挥发、沸腾, 随后燃烧除掉。 如熔炼巴氏合金切屑时, 加入一些氯化氨(NH4Cl) , 产生的氨气、氢气或水蒸气在金属液体中形成很多小气泡, 悬浊的氧化夹杂物遇到它们时就吸附在上面随同上升,或被上升的气泡推顶到液面而被清除掉。 如铸铁、钢铁细粒的清除, 由于钢铁属于磁性物质, 能被强烈吸引, 而巴氏合金属于抗磁性物质, 被磁场所微弱排斥, 若巴氏合金切屑和铁屑混合在一起时, 可将切屑在熔炼前用强磁场把铁屑清除掉。 若某一主要元素缺乏, 可将该金属加入到合金熔液中进行冶炼, 以保证巴氏合金的成分。 以我们所使用的ZChSnSb11-6为例, 由于巴氏合金凝固时先结晶出熔点很高的初晶化合物三相(Cu6Sn5)作为合金硬质点, 而巴氏合金的基体第一相固溶体( Sb在Sn中的固溶体)较软, 所以在实际工作中, 如果合金偏硬, 则向巴氏合金中加入Sb, 如果合金偏软, 则加入Cu, 并及时补充Sn的挥发, 以此保证所加工的轴瓦性能符合工艺要求。
