Just The Four of Us. Sunday, October 16, 2011. Fall is hands-down my favorite time of year. The crispness in the air, the first snowfall on the hills skirting our little town, the bundled walks with my family, the anticipation of holidays to come, and of course, the food. Apple pies and pumpkin cookies just beg to be made. And I give in. Happily. I, of course, forgot to take a picture of the finished pie before we dug in, but I did remember to take a few pictures of the process. Preheat oven to 350.

Just The Four of Us. Sunday, September 25, 2011. 5 weeks in pictures. The night before Dylan's arrival. Leaving for the hospital. Five minutes after they arrived at the hospital. Getting ready for surgery. Mini-Roman Dylan Michael Breidenbach. Papa (or as Roman would say, "BOB! In the loudest possible voice). Great Grandma and Grandpa Phillips. Meeting his baby brother for the first time. 8lbs 2oz. 20.5inches long. My two little boys. Back at home resting. 2 weeks.I think. Helping with a diaper change.

Just The Four of Us. Saturday, August 13, 2011. In the last two weeks we have been racing against time, and I'm here to say that I think we won. We had a long pre-baby to-do list that included chores and fun, and let me tell ya that aside from a walk to get a decaf latte' on Monday morning, those suckers are checked and done. So listen up little one, anytime. Anytime. I love that little boy to pieces, but the blur of everything. oh boy! The party got a little rowdy for this guy- clothes were optional.
