Monday, April 13, 2009. This weekend was cherry blossom weekend. Seoul had a few different festivals to celebrate the blooming of the cherry blossoms, the biggest one was in Yeouido, a small island in Seoul. I went twice! It was super sunny, lots of people everywhere, and little performances on every corner. Not to mention, the trees were beautiful! That night some new and old friends got together to have a girls night in honor of the beginning of spring/Easter (hence the bunny ears in the one photo).

All of my friends had to be back to work for Monday, but I didn't have to back until Wednesday, so I went to Bangkok by myself. Tuesday, August 18, 2009. Asian Adventure: part 6. finale. After 2 weeks of traveling, we made it back to Korea in one piece. What an amazing trip it was. But, my girls were still in Korea for 2 more full days,woo hoo! I found out the day they arrived that I wasn't allowed to come to school for 7 days after being abroad. I had to be on quarantine for Swine Flu; an extra week vacation! And yes, we ate the whole thing! Oh, and we got free visors off some cereal we bought; we rocked them at the folk village!
