Well it was the Eastern Shore of MD but I moved so now its windsurfing in south east New Jersey with the occasional trip to Hatteras and Maine. Monday, August 3, 2009. As for the windsurfing the last 3 days I spent in Maui provided strong winds and a North Swell. The best day provided waves that were well over head high. Well it was the Eastern Shore of MD but I moved so now its windsurfing in south east New Jersey with the occasional trip to Hatteras and Maine. Monday, November 10, 2008. It was NJ teachers conference weekend so when I got home from school wednesday night, took a nap, woke up around 11:30 pm, packed the truck, and hit the road for hatteras. I did associate with several other teachers doing the same thing so we did have some "staff development.". A sound view house sure beats camping.

Moving is a pain but if it takes you closer to the coast it can be worth it. From reading several of the windsurfing blogs out there it seems as though moving is a common theme this year. I think I did just about everything wrong in that duck jibe attempt. Hopefully I'll have a lot of time to practice this comming weekend.
