http://cooking4theweek.blogspot.com/2010_06_01_archive.html
Cooking 4 the Week. Wednesday, June 30, 2010. Use Your Booty: Beet Carpaccio. This is one of the recipes (barely a recipe) that is great for summer - it's super fast, easily adaptable and is a nice, cooling addition to a meal. Scallops, zucchini, seared lamb, etc.). Olive oil, salt and pepper and a few onion flowers.
