Fast, Easy and Healthy! Bread and Butter Pudding. This is one of my comfort foods milk, sugar, bread and warm. And I love this recipe. Simple to make and excellent for breakfast through the busy week. 2 cups whole milk, 1/4 cup butter, 2/3 cup sugar (brown sugar is better), 3 eggs, 2 teaspoons cinnamon, 1 teaspoon vanilla extract, 3 cups bread, torn into small pieces (french bread works best) and 1/2 cup raisins (optional). 3 Place bread in a lightly greased baking dish. Here is the 3-steps recipe –. 8211; 1 packet tofu (cubed), 1 packet taco seasoning, 1 tablespoon olive oil, salt and paprika powder according to taste.
